Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of digiWatchr ("Service"), operated by digiWatchr ("we", "our", "us"). By using digiWatchr you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

digiWatchr provides real-time anti-phishing protection via a mobile app (Android and iOS) and a browser extension. A free tier and a Premium subscription tier are available.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

3. Premium Subscription

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year; monthly subscriptions renew each month, unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the digiWatchr app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not made significant use of Premium features.
• Technical issues: If a confirmed bug prevents you from using Premium features and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
• Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods after the 7-day window.

To request a refund, email support@digiwatchr.in with your payment ID and reason.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to circumvent any security or access controls.
• Share your account or Premium access with others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and materials in the Service are owned by digiWatchr. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

digiWatchr is provided "as is." We strive to detect phishing threats accurately but we cannot guarantee that all threats will be detected or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Do not rely solely on digiWatchr as your only means of security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digiWatchr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
