Video Contest — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Rules") govern the digiWatchr Video Contest ("Contest") organised by ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd, the parent company of digiWatchr ("Organiser", "we", "us"). By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Contest is open only to residents of India.
Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and agencies involved in the administration of this Contest are not eligible to participate.
Participants must have a valid Instagram account.
Participants must have a unique digiWatchr User ID. Each User ID may be associated with only one contest entry.
No purchase or paid subscription is required to enter or win.

2. Contest Period

The Contest opens on the date of announcement and closes at 11:59 PM IST on 20th September 2026 ("Submission Deadline"). Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Download and install the digiWatchr app (available on Android and iOS).
Set digiWatchr as their default browser and scan at least 5 URLs using the app.
Record a high-quality video demonstrating the use of digiWatchr. The video must include the participant's face (clearly visible), clear audio, and footage of URL scans within the app.
Upload the video to their personal Instagram account and add @digiwatchr_real as a collaborator on the post before the Submission Deadline.
Ensure their digiWatchr account has a unique User ID at the time of submission.

Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same participant or the same digiWatchr User ID will result in disqualification.

4. Original Content & Copyright

Participants must submit entirely original content. By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that:

The video was created solely by the participant.
The participant holds all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for all elements of the video, including any music, footage, images, or third-party material used.
The video does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
The video does not contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Licence to Use Submitted Videos

By participating in the Contest, each participant grants ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to repost, publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, and use the submitted video and any associated content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across any medium, including but not limited to social media platforms, the digiWatchr website, and digital advertising — without any further compensation to the participant.

Participants retain ownership of their submitted content subject to the licence granted above.

6. Judging Criteria

All eligible entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel appointed by ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd. Entries will be assessed on the following criteria:

Creativity — originality and creative presentation of the content
Clarity of explanation — how clearly the participant explains digiWatchr's features and benefits
Demonstration of digiWatchr — effective and accurate use of app features shown in the video
Video quality — production quality including video resolution, lighting, and audio
Engagement & presentation — overall delivery, confidence, and viewer engagement

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The selection of winners by ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd, based on the published judging criteria above, shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Winners will be notified via a direct message on Instagram from @digiwatchr_real within 14 days of the Submission Deadline.
Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may also be announced publicly on the digiWatchr Instagram account and website.

8. Prizes

First tier — 5 Winners: Amazon India Voucher worth ₹800 each
Second tier — 10 Winners: Amazon India Voucher worth ₹500 each

A total of 15 winners will be selected. Prizes are Amazon India Vouchers only, valid for use on Amazon.in. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

9. Taxes & Statutory Deductions

The individual prize values in this Contest (₹800 and ₹500) are currently below the threshold of ₹10,000 per winner that triggers Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961. No TDS deduction is therefore applicable on these prizes at the time of publication. Should applicable tax laws change, or should prize values be revised, ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd will fulfil its obligations as deductor under applicable law. Any personal income tax liability on winnings remains the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to consult a tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

10. Disqualification

ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that:

Is fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresents the participant's identity or use of digiWatchr
Uses copyrighted music, footage, or third-party content without proper authorisation
Contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
Is copied or substantially similar to another participant's submission
Is incomplete or does not meet the submission requirements
Uses a digiWatchr User ID that does not belong to them, or does not have a verified digiWatchr account at the time of submission
Violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
Otherwise violates these Rules

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). All questions, comments, and complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd and not to Instagram.

12. Modification & Cancellation

ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, force majeure events, or any other cause that, in the Organiser's judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Contest.

13. Privacy & Data Collection

For the purposes of administering this Contest, ARP Solutions Pvt Ltd may collect and process participants' names, Instagram usernames, digiWatchr User IDs, and contact information. This data will be used solely for administering the Contest and notifying winners, and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. General

These Rules are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and the Organiser's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
